By opting in to receive SMS or text messages from Meganet Communications / Voiceway (“Meganet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). Your participation in our SMS program (the “Service”) is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE SERVICE.

1. Providing Telephone Numbers & Notification Obligation

You confirm that the mobile number provided is accurate and that you are the current authorized user or subscriber of that number. You agree to promptly notify us of any changes to your contact information by emailing support@meganet.net.

2. Your Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive recurring SMS and/or MMS messages from Meganet Communications / Voiceway, including but not limited to promotional messages, service updates, alerts, and transactional information.

  • Consent is not required as a condition of purchase

Messages may be sent via automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

3. Opting Out

Participation is voluntary and you may opt out at any time:

  • Text STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message
  • Or email support@meganet.net requesting removal
    You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meganet Communications / Voiceway from any claims arising from your provision of a phone number that you do not own, or your failure to notify us of a number reassignment. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

6. Participation Requirements

By subscribing, you confirm:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You own a mobile device capable of two-way messaging
  • You are using a participating wireless carrier
  • Not all carriers support SMS programs; check with your provider for compatibility

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via text or update our website. By continuing to participate in the Service after changes are posted, you accept the revised terms.

8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

You agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and you waive any rights to a class action or jury trial. More details can be found in our Terms of Use.
