Forwarding e-mail to AOL accounts
As of February 15th, 2007, MegaNet Communications will suspend forwarding of email to AOL accounts. This change has been forced upon us by MegaNet users who forward their email to an AOL account then subsequently report the forwarded mail as spam to AOL. Although these messages may be spam, because they have been forwarded from a MegaNet account, AOL's spam prevention system mistakes the offending mail server as MegaNet. This has resulted in periodic blacklisting by AOL's border filters making it impossible for MegaNet users to send email to AOL users. Although this change may be inconvenient for some it is the only solution that could be worked out with AOL. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
